Thank you, William and Ductworks. I shopped several duct cleaning companies and originally had an appointment with another company before I contacted Ductworks. Ductworks intake process was efficient, polite, and provided me with all the information I needed--having not cleaned my ducts before. My first appointment with Ductworks was rescheduled due to illness of the technician. My service on Saturday, June 6 was exceptional. William called ahead to inform me what time he would arrive. He donned mask and shoe covers prior to entering my home. He put down drop cloths under all of his equipment and kindly went above and beyond expectations when he assisted me to move some of my furniture to ease access to the vents. William was polite and friendly; his presence is my home for the 5 hour cleaning was not disruptive in the least.
We were amazed with our before and after photos. What a difference!
