Our technician, Michael Simmons, arrived a few minutes early to do a walk-through and get everything set up for our duct cleaning. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He put down dropcloths and wore shoe coverings in addition to the obligatory mask and gloves. I was anticipating that the job would take at least 5-6 hours, but it was completed in 4 hours, with everything put back together and no mess. Thank you, Michael!
