HIGHLY satisfied with our experience - the estimate we were provided when we booked was accurate and fair (no hidden upcharges...in fact, we paid slightly less than our estimated price)

Our technician, Jul, was fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and very personable. He arrived on time (and called us en route to let us know his ETA), took all of the necessary COVID safety precautions, provided us with clear and specific information, and took great care of our home in the process by ensuring the floors/corners/etc. were covered and would not be scratched or damaged by the equipment. Plus - he was incredibly friendly to our dog (who was overly curious as to what was going on and barked every time he entered/left a room - sorry about that, Jul - thank you for patience). The before/after pictures he shared with us were a testament to the quality of work he provides.

We will absolutely use their services again and will definitely recommend them to others.
