We had an issue with a duct that was not allowing airflow. We weren't sure how big the issue may be. Ductworks arrived on time, (took the necessary COVID precautions) and were professional the entire time. The found the issue immediately and it was MINOR. They approached the unknown with the professionalism as if it was going to be a bigger issue and I appreciated that a lot.
