Scheduled over a month ago, moved furniture, and made arrangements to our own schedule only to be called the morning of to say a vehicle broke down and they may not be able to come out. Then we were called a little bit later that someone would be out around 9:00. At 10:00 we received another call that another vehicle broke down so they would not be able to come. Supervisor was very unapologetic and not willing to make any concessions.
Poor customer service.

While en route to perform your cleaning, the vehicle broke down, we called immediately to let you know we were delayed. We believed to get the vehicle operating, and called back to say we were en route. To our dismay, the vehicle was not operational we called you immediately.

I personally apologized for the delay, offering to re-schedule you for the following business day. I also offered to clean your dryer vent for free, as a gesture of customer service. You responded "I want 20% off my price.", I explained that I could not provide that type of discount. You stated, "If you don't give me a 20% discount, I'm choosing another company and leaving you a bad review".

We communicated the problem immediately, apologized several times, and offered reasonable solutions. We cannot and will not be held hostage to demands or threats.
