Our technician was Kyen, and he was very courteous and professional and above all else he was honest. I asked him how bad the vents were on a scale of 1-10 and he said a 4. He talked with us about what he was doing and about how long it would take.
I appreciate his respectfulness in our home and how he worked diligently to complete the job. I would absolutely use Ductworks again.
