I rarely take time to review anything because I am rarely impressed by vendors. But I had to stop and write this review because of the superior quality and outcomes I had from Ductworks.
1. Arrived on time and let me know he was coming - yes my time is valuable too and it showed that Ductworks - and Jul my technician - respected that. 2. Care for my home - it was obvious ensuring my home was taken care of during the process is built into their process. From putting booties on boots to putting protectors on corners and putting down thick material tarps, Jul ensured my home was cared for. 3. Holy cow do they work for it! They don't just vacuum with a tool made for carpet cleaning but they have this scrubber kind of tool so they get in there and really dig out the stuff that is stuck on. Yes sorry to say I had stuck on stuff. 4. I had had cleaning done before - about 5 years ago - through a groupon. Never again. Literally the pictures before and after showed construction materials IN MY DUCTS - eeek! --- and it was clear it was mine because it was trim that matched my trim. Ductworks cleaned all of that out. 5. Most importantly - results. After one week my allergies are markedly better. I am no longer waking up to swollen eyes and runny nose and dull headache. Also noticing that dust is not building up as quickly on my furniture. I will highly recommend Ductworks and my technician Jul to anyone who needs this important service.
