Payton Y. was the technician assigned to our duct cleaning project. He should up on time and started methodically and throughly cleaning one duct after another. Throughout, he displayed outmost professionalism, competence, and dedication to perfection. That's why it took him over 8 hours to complete our project (17 supply vents, 5 return vents, one dryer duct, and washing the furnace turbine). I was truly amazed and impressed how meticulously he cleaned our HVAC system with much consideration to our comfort and care of our home. I would recommend him without any reservation. I hope his company (Duct works) to appreciate him and compensate him accordingly.
