This was the first time we had ever had our air ducts cleaned. Mario arrived minutes before the appointment time. He introduced himself and explained the process. He wore shoe covers when he entered our home, which I always appreciate. Mario was friendly, professional and hard-working. When he finished the job, he showed me before and after pictures of each of the ducts he cleaned. We would definitely use Ductworks in the future.
