Michael Simmons provided outstanding duct cleaning service. He arrived a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time, informed us of the process for the cleaning, prepped each area such that our carpets and hardwood floors were protected at all times, kept us informed as he processed each major area, and showed us the before and after pictures.
He also explained the importance of keeping the ducts clean on a regular basis to maintain good air quality and reduce dust and dirt accumulation.
Overall, Michael was extremely professional, courteous, attentive to detail, and enjoyable to communicate with.
