Our technician, Michael, arrived on time, was friendly and informative, wore booties every moment in the house, worked hard to get a couple of difficult vent covers off, and showed me some pictures on the fly (before vs. after). He also stayed after he was done for at least twenty minutes, helping me with a problem only partially related to the duct cleaning. I highly recommend him!
