I am very happy with this whole experience of having my ducts cleaned. Michael was very prompt arriving, went over what needed to be done and the cost upfront (no surprises).
He was polite, professional and very good at getting all that dust, grime and a few odd items out of the ducts. The process took about 4-5 hours but it was very thorough and the before/after photos were very helpful to see the difference.
Everything from making the appointment to the follow up afterwards was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend!
