I see a lot of 5 star ratings here which I think is great. Unfortunately not the case in our experience and will not recommend. Our technician carelessly forced equipment into our main system and damaged coils. This damage was discovered by another service company that came out to our home because the system was not working properly after the cleaning, although it appears due to another issue. This tech was very responsive in revealing and documenting the damage as he did not want company to be held accountable for the damage. Response from duct works regarding this issue was minimal effect on the system and that the damage reduces efficiency by only a small percent. Communication with Duct works was not an issue. The issue is property damage.
