Upon moving into our new to us house (a 44 year old beauty whose vents were last cleaned years ago if ever), we called DuctWorks after a good experience in our condo several years ago.

Robert was a gem, working diligently and creatively with an admittedly weird furnace set up off the garage that didn't allow him the required access to clean the main line or remove the furnace blower for proper cleaning (due to gas lines in the way). In consultation with his supervisor, however, they devised and implemented a plan that resulted in great before and after pictures. He also went above and beyond and sealed up at our request an unsafe vent access that a previous owner had made into the garage.

It was a full day's work with several odd things requiring creativity, but Robert was fabulous and we're deeply appreciative of our clean, fresh ventilation system. Thank you, DuctWorks. We'll certainly be calling again for future service!
