A very thorough job
The tech showed up early (not late) and was very professional. He answered all my questions and fully explained what he was going to do. He protected the furniture and flooring with drop cloths and left everything cleaner than he found it. When he was finished we walked around to make certain all was to my liking. He also had photos inside the large ducts both before and after.
