I was lucky enough to squeeze in the same day I called due to a cancellation. From my initial phone conversation with Eddy through the work done by Felipe, Ductworks was not only professional but also friendly and informative. We had recently purchased a home built in the 1920's and we were blown away with how much dirt, debris, cob webs and wood chips could end up inside our duct work. Felipe spent HOURS cleaning the ducts and the end product looked brand new! We had a little hiccup after the cleaning was completed and Eddy called someone back out to our house to fix the issue within hours. The quality of the work is phenomenal and the customer service was beyond rock star status. Absolutely worth the money and even if you are not as lucky as I was in terms of scheduling the cleaning, they are absolutely worth the wait!
