The gentlemen in charge arrived promptly on time. He was extremely jovial even though it was 8.30am on a Saturday. He was very mindful of the furniture, diagnosed the AC unit quickly and got to cleaning it promptly. I am extremely satisfied with the service.
I would add that he brought plastic covers to prevent any dust particulates dropping off on my belongings. I came back at the time he specified and indeed, he was done on time. And the place looked like it was untouched with the exception of a working AC unit!
