After having been warned by a coworker that duct cleaning would run into the thousands, we had all our ducts cleaned for a reasonable sum. I like that it's a flat fee and there no hidden charges. Our cleaner (whose name escapes me since my husband dealt with him) was polite and efficient and worked hard. Before and after pictures as well as first hand visual before and after looks ensured me that getting my ducts cleaned was a GREAT decision. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with is that I noticed on my painted return grille, the paint was taken off during cleaning. How I'll have to figure out what paint color the previous home owners used or buy a new grille. But on the whole, great job, and I've already passed their name on.
