Our ducts were severely compromised by much debris and have had them cleaned by a company twice in the last year. I didn't know that the job was never done right and discovered it only after a new furnace installation showed us how clogged our trunk lines and ducts were so we called Ductworks. They showed up the next day, stayed for 8 hrs and half of that was cleaning out all of our ducts and trunk lines in a 5 ft. crawl space. Our technician, Marcio, was above and beyond what I expected. He got EVERYTHING out of our ducts (verified by the furnace techs the following day) and never complained, expressed concern for ducts that needed to be replaced, etc. I was extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this company.
