bad experience with estimator ruined whole customer experience

Chris ruined my whole experience with ductworks. As it stands now, I will not use them again nor do I have anything positive to say about them. I'm hoping Eddie Frisk will resolve this issue.

The estimate you received met the work performed. Extra steps were taken to move your appointment forward, and performed at time outside of standard schedule to suit your needs. Your after hours call about the photos was returned within 5 minutes. Chris explained that your photos were not processed until the following business day, and would not be able to expedite the photos over the weekend.

You received a call from both the Residential manager and General manager the following business day to assist you.
