Our experience with Ductworks was fine. The only reason I didn't give them all fives was because I would have liked to have gotten a confirmation call the night before or the morning of the appointment. I had an 8:30am appointment, and I called them at 8:20am to make sure they were still coming, which they were, but it would have been nice to have known for sure.

That said, the technician, Marcelo, arrived on time and got right to work. He was excellent. Everything went fine. He cleaned our air conditioning ducts, which hadn't been done in years! And I think he even did a little extra for us and cleaned the coils too which was very nice. The work he did was absolutely great. We have already noticed the difference. It is quite pleasant.

I think Ductworks provides excellent service, and are very professional and meticulous with their cleaning. They also offer a good price, there was no haggling and no surprises when I got the final bill. I'd definitely use them in the future.
