I was very satisfied with the cleaning job the tech did. I certainly will have the dryer vent cleaned more often! Several years ago a competitor cleaned the ducts, but today Alex found 2 beer cans a block of wood and some drywall scraps!!! I guess the competition isn't as thorough! I REALLY enjoyed working with our tech, Alex. He is a very personable and friendly guy. I only have a couple bits of advice to Alex. I had asked him to let me know before he went into one room, because of pets. He forgot and one pet was roaming the house. He needs to make special not of any request concerning a pet because we pet owners are pretty protective. Second (minor quibble), I think he should vacuum a little more thoroughly around vents once he is done. I did need to make a trip through the house with my sweeper. And the third (minor quibble), a couple of screws were missing from a return vent, so I had to replace them myself.
