Guys did a great job, but Duckworks office did not.
Had Mike M. out to do a boroscope, but Ductworks office lost the dvd, so did not get a copy. Alfonso came and did the cleaning, Fantastic Job! took before/after pictures, but Ductworks office lost the photos, so no photo record. When we booked Ductworks, we made it very clear that having a digital and paper record was important to us. The guys who came to the house were great, knew their stuff and did a wonderful job. Ductworks office...not so happy with them. So, yes I will heartily recommend Duckworks to clean your dirty ducts, the techs are experts at their jobs.
