Michael was excellent! A very prompt young man who was both professional and personable. He explained what he was going to do and why and carried it out to the letter. Very hard working and polite and seemed tireless in his quest for excellence. Pictures before and after were taken and I look forward to having him come back as your representative. If the rest of your crew is one-half as courteous and well trained, you should be proud. What a pleasure, this day and time for such an experience - sounds almost too good to be true.
