I was very pleased with the quality and service of Ductworks. This was my first experience with this type of cleaning. I asked lots of questions, watched the 4 minute step by step video on their website and read many reviews. I received a call the day before to confirm the appointment and to let me know Rudy would be the technician. Rudy arrived on time, was very professional, and worked hard for 8 hours only taking a break for lunch. He modeled all the steps in the video! He let me look at the before and after pictures and I was impressed! Rudy is a valuable employee! I understand when it comes to spending money on your home, it sure it is nice to see a new sofa, lamp or chair. But when you see all the yucky debris that comes out of your vents and realize THAT is what you are breathing every day, it will make you want to call Ductworks and make an appointment today!
