Ductworks showed up exactly when they said they would and did the work as requested. We jsut bought a house and have small children and our mother in law was staying at the new house with the baby and the heat was not working, she called and Eddie set her up in a motel and PAID FOR IT and sent someone out first thing in the AM to check out the problem. Apparently, there was a fuse knocked loose during cleaning, but Eddie was amazing at making sure we were not inconvenienced. Thanks Ductworks!
