I've used Ductworks numerous times--the company was recommended by my husband's asthma doctor. Our technician this time was Felipe. He was the best we've had yet! He was thorough, friendly, and happy to answer questions. Also, we had just had the hardwood floors in our house refinished, and he was extremely careful not to damage them.
