Not only did Rudolfo do a very thorough job cleaning our ducts, but I really appreciated the "other" things that are part of Duct works' business. Rodolfo wore boot covers to avoid tracking in dirt/snow from the outside. It's minor, but the fact that he also used "furniture and wall guards" to prevent the hose from rubbing against things it shouldn't was also much appreciated. When a company is so concerned about the little things, you know they'll do a great job with the bigger stuff.
