First and foremost, the gentleman, Felipe, who cleaned my ducts today was awesome!! I was worried about trusting a stranger all througout my home, but those worries were in vain. He was so nice, accommodating and efficient -- I trusted him implicitely. I'm very happy he was the representative sent to my home. I'd debated on who I should use to clean my ducts since I'd never done this before. After a friend of mine had a very bad experience with another company, I felt I'd made the right choice with Ductworks. After smelling the difference in my home immediately, I knew I'd made the right decision and then seeing before and after left no doubt.
