Ernesto was a very professional, competent and friendly technician. His job was to run the bore scope thru a very confusing duct system to answer some questions for us. He called to ask if he could come early, which was great for our schedule. He set up his equipment, took some initial pictures after we explained what we wanted to achieve, then deployed the scope into various vents, recording what we were seeing. We were disappointed that the distance function was not working as that would have been very helpful in our situation, but Ernesto completed his tasks very efficiently in spite of that. His explanations of what we were seeing, coupled with his experience and knowledge helped us make decisions we needed to make. We would highly recommend Ernesto for bore scoping work.
