This is the second time that I have had Ductworks clean out my air ducts at my Centennial Home. The first time was October of 2009 and it had never been done before. The house was built in 1964 and I had bought April of 2009, but by October I was about to sell it. Why? I was getting sick and my allergies had gone crazy. However, we first decided to spend the money to clean the ducts. That was the fix, so we have it done every four years, since we keep dogs in the house.
