the person arrived exactly on time and the work took exactly the amount of time I was told over the phone. He was very tidy and careful, wearing shoe protectors and protecting the furniture. The duct cleaning was very thorough and I appreciated the before and after pictures showing the complete cleaning of the ducts. An excellent job, I would use them again and recommend them highly
