The technician was very respectful of both me and my house.
Felipe did a great job. He was on time and explained everything. He was very respectful of me and the house. He took extra precautions to take care not to scratch the floors and taped the wheels of his equipment so as not to make marks on the stairs or the floors. I think he did an excellant job and was very polite and respectful.
