My husband and I knew we needed to get our air ducts cleaned and were referred to DuctWorks. I left a message on Sunday and was called back, by Eddie Frisk in less than 24 hours (and he apologized for taking so long to call, which wasn't long at all). He explained the whole process over the phone, and the companies dedication to service. He was not pushy, and I felt like they would do a good job.

I scheduled a cleaning, and our technician, Nic, did an amazing job! He was extremely professional, detail oriented and very thorough. He showed me what he was doing at each step, along with all of the nasty debris he found.

I believe our system had never been cleaned (we just bought our house, so I have no idea if it has been or not), and after Nic finished, it looks like we have brand new ducts.

After less than one day, I can breathe better and woke up feeling refreshed, instead of the usual mucous/stuffy feeling of before.

We are extremely grateful to DuctWorks and will be using them in the future!
