We needed the ductwork in our home as well as a rental home cleaned. Serveral years ago the ducts in the rental were cleaned by a fly by night company and they did a poor job, not taking any care in how they treated the property, damaging the walls and not cleaning up be leaving. After that experience we were very skeptical about having them done again but knew we wouldn't use the previous company again. After reading the reviews of several companies we decided on Ductworks and scheduled the work at both homes. Our daughter-in-law who lives in the rental told us the individual who came to thier home, arrived on time, took care not to damage anything and completed the job in a reasonable time and prior to leaving he made sure he cleaned up. "FELIPE", the young man who came to our home, was very prompt, arriving at the scheduled time. He introduced himself and did a walk through explaining how he would be doing the work. Felipe was professional and worked very hard. When the job was completed, he showed us the before and after photo's, what a difference. The ducts did not look like the same. Felipe did a very good job! We will definitley use Ductworks the next time we need our ducts cleaned and would request Felipe respond to complete the work.
