Rudy showed up on time, worked through lunch, and did a wonderful job. He even stayed to help me move back my dryer and to make sure everything in the house worked like it was supposed to before he left. He was clean, courteous, and did an outstanding job. DuctWorks was definitely more expensive than a lot of the bargain fliers, but you can see the difference...they scrape instead of just vacuum and clean the entire furnace. Highly recommended.
