Just had our ducts cleaned by Ductworks at the recommendation of our heating contractor. I had the ducts vacuumed in the past but never had the thorough cleaning done by Ductworks. When I made my appointment I was given a clear idea of what to expect in terms of time, etc. Michael the technician showed up on time. He was efficient, kept me apprised of what he was doing, took precautions to keep my floors clean and was friendly but professional. I'm very pleased with the results.
