I was very pleased with the technician and the company Ductworks as a whole. In every aspect of the process of getting the done, the team was profession yet personable. Eddie was great on the phone and had my information at the ready when I called. The technician, Marcio, is a testament to the quality this company strives to provide. Marcio was polite, hard working and explained the process and provided updates as the work was commencing. One key point was taking care of the little things like being conscious of the noise level and coming prepared with ear plugs. It is those little attentions to detail that make the experience memorable and worth referring to others. I was blown away (no pun intended) by how clean everything was and looking forward to breathing fresh air in my home again.
