I cannot say enough good things about your company...from the beginning on the phone scheduling the appt. (we were referred to you) to the actual service provided, everyone was so friendly and nice to work with! Don, our technician, was absolutely wonderful...I enjoyed following him around as he explained to me what he was doing, showed me before and after pictures, and he worked really hard in all of our rooms...think he was here about 6 or 7 hours, always smiling and being careful while moving his equipment from room to room...really appreciate the extra care he took by covering corners of furniture and walls to protect them from scratching from the hoses, and covering the furniture around vents kept any dust from getting on it...I know there was a lot of dust, too, as he showed me my VERY dirty air ducts! Wow! We were getting a new furnace/ac system installed the following week, and he still insisted on cleaning out the old furnace really well so they would not get dust and dirt in my house when moving the old furnace out...The attention to details Don showed speaks extremely well for your company...I will definitely recommend you, and will ask for Don by name when doing this procedure again in a year or two! Thank you, too, for the additional perk--free dryer vent cleaned--which was HUGE to me...YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!! Thank you for such a positive experience--and the pictures you sent, too!
