From the emergency scheduling of the work (husband started his first round of chemo) to the actual completion of the duct cleaning by Ductworks Rudy (Haldonado), we've been nothing but pleased . . . and grateful. We've had duct cleaning before but they only took three hours for our 16 vents. Rudy took 8 hours and there was scrubbing, not just vacuuming! With husband in chemotherapy and virtually having his immune system depleted by the treatment, knowing that our air vents are thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned, as well as the furnance, is a great relief. Rudy was professional in the job and took great care of our house while he was in it. He is a treasure and I hope we can have him back next time we get this service! Most services these days are performed with mediocrity and we are never impressed enough to recommend them to our friends. The work we had done with Ductworks, however, deserves our recommendation and they will get it. Thanks again so much.
