I recently had my ducts cleaned and had a good all around experience. The technician did a great job, seemed very knowledgable and was very respectful. He made sure to were something over his shoes to not track dirt into the house and on the carpet. The only thing is that my wife noticed that evening a ding in the bookshelf of our front room that was unrepairable, but sure enough they requested the receipt of my purchase and send a check so that my wife could get a new one being that it was only a few months old. No arguing or even acting like the customer was wrong, overall very good customer service and good experience. I have already recommended them to a few friends and will keep doing so. We need more companies with good people and customer service. Stand up company for sure!!!
