This experience was better than I expected. Lucas was extremely friendly, polite, a hard worker, & clearly explained everything he did. He made sure my house stayed clean by wearing booties & putting drop cloths everywhere he worked. He showed me before & after pictures, as well as some of the weird items he found in the ducts & vents--tile, nails, a tennis ball & a lacrosse ball. He even did some extra adjustments he didn't have to do, & did them for free. The total cost was exactly as I was quoted, which was a pleasant surprise, and he was done in 4 hours--the lower end of the estimate. Lucas told me he loved his job & it showed. What a nice guy, who did an excellent job. I'll definitely ask for Lucas next time I get my ductwork cleaned.
