Since 2008 I have had a 100 gallon propane tank I use for heat in my garage. i originally was with Amerigas for years until one day Paraco filled my tank and sent me a bill that was slightly higher then Amerigas was previously. I paid it and watched the bills to follow. I stayed with them through the gas price rise because just like everyone else it was a hassle to switch to another gas co. I just received gas in Nov 2016 and the gas price was 3.99 a gallon. I refuse to be gouged so I called and discussed that the national average of gas was 2.39 a gallon why are they so high?? O.K. here it is.... I don't use enough gas to receive a lower price because now I'm based on usage. WHAT! So to skip ahead I called three other co in my area and told them this story and switched to a company that bills me 2.79 per gallon. i called Paraco back and told them I was switching and will call them when the tank is empty. The customer service rep told me she will pick up the full tank tomorrow and close my account.. I sad no i paid for a full tank and want to use what I paid for (Obviously) She was rude and told me that now I would be responsible for a restock fee on the tank. WHAT! these people are out of control. Now after being with a different company and getting a better price you want to punish me with a stock fee. People I just want EVERYONE to know that this is a company that takes advantage of people who don't speak up and make noise about the Gouging, and horrible service they provide. Fight for what you believe in and don't let big Corporations take advantage of you. Paraco Gas Is gouging the Citizens of this country so they as Presidents V.P and High Execs can take home a huge bonus and we live day to day paying these unnecessary price hikes. Stay Away from PARACO!!!
