We were with Kosco for over 25 years. Since switching over from Kosco to Paraco the service has been terrible. We have multiple units serviced through the company and strongly thinking of changing companies. The people on the phone no longer know anything. When I left multiple messages for a manager to call me about a problem with a technician I never received a call. When I called about a gas leak I was simply put on hold for 15 minutes.
