Paraco Gas has gone down hill in customer service. I had asked for a delivery and not even sure I got one because I found a very wet shriveled up bill in the snow at the end of my driveway. Wouldn't u put a bill in my mailbox? So I call Paraco and no one answers and then after waiting a very long time you get an answering service and you leave a message 3 times but no one ever calls u back at all. How can I pay my bill if it was even a bill if I cant get anyone on the phone to find out if I even got a delivery and if so I don't know how to pay because no one will talk to me. Your company is not one I would ever recommend to anyone. Your customer service is a zero.
