They don't answer their phones, and they don't even clear their voicemail, making it impossible to leave a message. Great leadership!!
I spent the last two days trying to talk to a representative to ask a question and pay a bill. I called 4 times and waited about 15 minutes each time and yet no one ever picked up. My favorite thing is how they include a prompt that allows the caller to leave a voice mail with their number, ( in order to get a call back) however their voicemail was full and I was unable to leave a message. Terrible customer service!
