Kosco Cancelled My Scheduled Appointment and Did Not Notify Me
I scheduled a cleaning months in advance and called a few weeks ago to confirm my appointment for today. I took a vacation day and called again at around 12:30 to make sure they were on schedule for this afternoon. I was then notified that my appointment was cancelled. I was not notified in advance the appointment was cancelled and wasted a hard earned vacation day. The person who took care of me was fairly professional (however she cut me off while I was speaking a number of times). My next appointment if a month away - hopefully I will not waste another vacation day due to Kosco. BTW - I paid for my contract months ago so the appointment has been paid for in advance. Very poor customer service.
