Very disappointment with "SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"
I have been a Kosco oil customer for the past 30 + years. As Kosco we were very pleased with their service and and response to our questions or concerns. Since Paraco acquired Kosco service has been terrible at best.
This past weekend we woke up to a cold home with no heat. Trying to get help has been a nightmare. I have been VERY DISSATISFIED with Paraco and would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
