Liars, keep people waiting in freezing temperatures, have no consideration, said misinformation, that was their excuse.. Can't wait to get rid of them. Oh I didn't need that customer service rep tell me to put a sweater on. I had 3 sweaters on and a coat and am disabled and had my disabled granddaughter with me.
Will definitely look into an ordinance for a fuel co to be so lax.
