Wish, like many others, that 0 stars was an option. Called first thing this morning to alert Paraco that my tank was reading 0 - was on hold for 39 minutes (I also tried live chat - I was still on hold there when a representative picked upthe phone line and I sent an email - still unanswered).
We are on automatic delivery and it's brutally cold at the moment; any conscientious, professional company would know to change the delivery schedule to reflect this - not Paraco. It is now 5:30 pm. No delivery! We called at 2:30 and again was on hold for 40 minutes to be told we were in the queue. When my husband told them that the temperature in our home was dropping precipitously, they just mentioned again that we were "scheduled." He asked about how long - and they said we close at 4:30 but we're running late. Are you kidding me? What does that even mean??
First your company isn't run well enough to anticipate your customers' need/weather demands. Then you don't employ enough customer service for the day to cover the obvious demand. And now here we are at 5:37 with no propane, no delivery and no recourse. If pipes break, I hope they know how to address a lawsuit!~
